She worked 15 years as an actress. She began practicing yoga in 1998 and in 2000 went to India for the first time to deepen her studies. The universe of yoga became so exciting that, on the way back, she divorced the theater to marry yoga.
She attended Teacher Training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute Amsterdam. She travels annually to India to study with the Iyengar family. Studied and taught yoga for two years in Germany. Made the first Post Training for Iyengar Yoga Teachers (2012-2015) in Spain. Its inspiration is the teacher Gabriella Giubilaro.
She is an internationally certified Senior Intermediate II teacher, teaches the Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training course and coordinates the Centro Iyengar Yoga São Paulo . Rosana was a teacher for 12 years in the course of Communication and Body Arts of PUC / SP, has two children and she loves reading, traveling, practicing and teaching yoga.

Graduate of FAU –USP in 1992, Silvia is a citizen of the world. She began her yoga practice in 2006 by moving to New York with her husband and children. In 2008, in Madrid, she discovered Iyengar yoga, and it was passion at first sight. Returning to Brazil in 2011, she has divided her time between her office, practices and studies and participating in numerous national and international workshops, bringing together her three passions, architecture, yoga, and travel around the world. Iyengar Yoga Training and Certified at Introductory Level II by the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India. Silvia is interim president of the Brazilian Association of Iyengar Yoga. Raquel De Toledo Rosso has a degree in journalism from the Methodist University of Piracicaba. She worked in media companies and was a press officer. She had her first contact with Iyengar Yoga in 2003. It was love of the first asana. At CIYSP since 2011 she is a student and assistant of professor Rosana Seligmann with whom she is the third year of the teacher training course. With joy and sincerity, she seeks to deepen the method day by day and regularly participates in workshops with renowned international teachers. Monitor.
Civil Engineer, graduated from FAAP, started practicing yoga in the 90's. In 2007, she met the Iyengar Method - a watershed on her practice and in her life. She has studied and practiced Hatha Yoga for over 15 years. Since then, she has dedicated herself to studying and has been deepening her knowledge by participating in national and international workshops. She held her first teacher training course at ABHAY Bhaktivedanta Hatha Yoga Academy with important influences on the study of Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Indian philosophies. She completed her second teacher training by the Iyengar method and is officially Certified by the Brazilian Association of Iyengar Yoga, being the same recognized by the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Puna, India. Fernanda Vidal, a training lawyer, had her first contact with yoga in 2005. Her interest in working with the body came from the classical ballet. In 2010, she became acquainted with the Iyengar method and was enchanted at the transformative power of her practice, and the desire to share these teachings. Since then, she began to study the method and has been constantly improving her practices and studies. In 2016 she completed teacher training in Iyengar Yoga and earned an introductory level II certification from the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India. Born in Niterói / RJ, she moved to São Paulo at the end of 2016. Although she misses being near the sea and her family, she felt in love with São Paulo.
Born in Moscow, where she attended the University of Oriental Studies. She travels annually to India since 2004, to link her theoretical studies on Indian culture with their practical implementation. She practices Iyengar yoga since 2005, travels regularly to Pune, coordinates Sanskrit study groups and teaches Philosophy of Yoga in countless places in Italy, including in the teacher training course taught by Gabriella Giubilaro at the Istituto Iyengar Yoga Firenze. Agrippina is Gabriella’s student since 2008 and accompanies her in workshops throughout the entire world. They both worked together on the second edition of “Light on Yoga Sutras” by B.K.S. Iyengar.
She graduated in Phisical Therapy at Campinas’ Pontifical Catholic University (1997), has a doctorate in Morpho-functional Sciences at São Paulo University (2005) and a post-doctoral degree at São Paulo’s Federal University (2009) and at the University of California at Los Angeles - UCLA (2012). She is a teacher and researcher of São Paulo University’s School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities since 2006. The research topics she dedicates herself to involve non-pharmaceutical interventions to foster and protect the nervous system, such as physical activity and nutrition. She practices Iyengar Yoga since 2008 at Centro Iyengar Yoga São Paulo, and she regularly participates in international Iyengar Yoga workshops.
